📦 Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States and have no plans to expand internationally at this time.
How long does it take to receive my PC after ordering?
We aim to ship out all systems within 1–3 business days after purchase. Shipping times vary based on your location. All PCs are insured during transit to ensure safe delivery.
What are “Drops” PC Builds?
Our “Drops” are unique PC builds launched on the 1st of every month as part of our social media content. These builds are one-time releases and will not be restocked. Occasionally we will sell "Refurbished" prebuilt PCs on there as well.
How can I access new Drops early?
Join our Discord Exclusives for 30 minutes of early website access every month before the Drop goes public. Visit the Server Shop in the ZTT Discord server to become a member.
Where can I get updates and announcements?
Follow Zach on X for real-time updates on new drops, restocks, and other announcements.
🛠 PC Builds & Customization
Do your PCs come with Windows installed?
Yes. Every PC comes with Windows 11 Home pre-installed and activated. We currently do not support other operating systems.
Will my PC work out of the box?
Yes. All systems are plug-and play. We pre-install Windows 11, run stress tests, update the BIOS, and include all necessary drivers. Just connect a monitor, keyboard, and mouse, and you're ready to game.
Can I upgrade the components in my PC in the future?
Upgrades such as swapping out hardware, overclocking, or applying BIOS updates are considered modifications and may void your warranty. Please contact support before making any changes.
Can I install additional storage or RAM?
Adding storage or RAM is also considered a modification and may void your warranty. Reach out to support first if you're considering any changes.
Can I request customizations before purchasing?
All PCs are sold "as-is". We do not offer custom builds or pre-purchase modifications at this time.
Do you provide overclocking services or support?
We do not offer overclocking services. Overclocking your system will void the warranty. Always contact support before attempting.

What kind of support is available after the warranty ends?
After the 12-month warranty period, we don’t cover repairs or replacements. However, we’re happy to help identify potential issues and guide you toward solutions.
How do you handle software vs. hardware issues?
We cover hardware defects under warranty for 12 months. Software issues outside the original installation are not covered. For help, contact support and we’ll do our best to assist.
What if my PC is damaged during shipping?
All systems are shipped fully insured. If your PC arrives damaged, contact support immediately. We’ll need your cooperation to file a claim and resolve the issue.
Do you provide any guides or tutorials for setup and maintenance?
Yes, Zach's eBook "The PC Gamer's Blueprint - A Comprehensive Guide to Your First Gaming Computer" provides guides and tutorials for setup and maintenance. This eBook comes free with every purchase of a gaming PC prebuilt, or can be purchased individually here.
Can I get a refund if I ordered by mistake?
If you contact us immediately after placing the order, we can process a refund minus any transaction fees that may have been incurred.
